I just moved from overseas (U.S.) and though I find the British health system a bit confusing and opted for additional private health care, Cavendish Health Centre has been very attentive and helpful. They arranged for me to see a doctor soon after my arrival in order to make sure my prescriptions were in order, and were able to get things going quickly so there was no lapse in care. My gp also helped to heal a little sinus problem that had been bothering me for a while.
