Because ALL of the team have been very helpful, especially at present with my Kyphosis. Dr Waight has been very helpful before, but I had an appointment with a female Dr yesterday, wed 23rd, 3pm. Sorry not very good with names but she was really attentive, thank her please.

No complaints from me. I know you're all very busy but I really appreciate when i feel someone is listening. Thank you

Had to wait 5 weeks for an appointment, got text messages informing me of 3 absolutely different times for the appointment

Waited 40 minutes in almost empty waiting room, surgery seems to be very lacking in organisation

That receptionists are deciding who gets an appointment on the day by deciding who needs antibiotics as appointments on the day are allocated to those that need antibiotics how do u decide which people need them or not without having a consultation with a gp about their illness or condition its absolutely ridiculous and bizarre whats the point of asking patients to call at 8-30 and waiting in queues to be told no you cant have an appointment today no wonder peoples faith in the nhs has gone

To be more understanding to listen to the patients not have receptionist s shut them down and upset them not to take on new patients if you cant cope with the capacity and work load

I have always found my access to a face-to-face appointment excellent

It would be great to see the same doctor every time but realise this is unachievable
