I am treated as if I don't exist or am worthy of a response, treated with disdain and ridicule because profound mental health issues mean I'm unable to speak on phone or attend surgery, I have received no help for last 4/5 years and I'm as unwell now as then only more so, I have begged for help with pain and for counselling and was fobbed off with 'mindfulness' as treatment for CPTSD and because I refused, I know it wouldn't have helped me, I'm sure I'm considered difficult! As yet nothing, now I have profound hearing loss and have asked repeatedly for referral letter to get a hearing aid again nothing, I'm on state pension only and that's all I'm asking for at this time, I've given up on anything else or even being treated like a human being

Acknowledged and accepted I have these issues and not treat me as if I'm a total moron who doesn't know anything, first cause no harm is not fitting here, I have been caused serious amounts of harm by not being acknowledged, not being heard as to difficulties I face and find insurmountable and crippling, loss of hearing now brings me to the very edge of precipice if I can't hear radio or audio books I truly have absolutely nothing else. I'm hoping you will listen and understand, I have no other options now

After talking to members of my family who live in other parts of the country I realise how lucky I am to have such an excellent service from my doctors. Over the years that I have been a patient I have always felt that the practice puts me first and treats me as if I am the most important person in the world. This professionalism ranges from the office staff to the medical staff, well done and thank you.

a receptionist often rude and make me feel uncomfortable,never able to get face to face appointment and have had to wait 4 weeks for answer from online consultation.Pharmacy staff very good and go the extra for us

better training for receptionists they do not take into consideration people with extra problems that they cannot see

My daughter had her first appointment today it’s quite nerve wracking going to a new doctors. We were both very impressed. It took a while to get an appointment, however this appointment was pre booked. The doctor was great with her. My daughter is neurodivergent and struggles with doctors. He was patient and explained everything. Thankyou

The waiting time for appointments. I do understand though this is the same with all doctor’s surgeries.

I have had to wait over 2 weeks for an appointment in person to be seen then I had a blood test on a separate appointment. Then I have waited 3 weeks for a telephone appointment about blood test results for them to call me out of the requested time frame to then have to rebook for an appointment a further 2 weeks away. This is unacceptable. I am waiting to hear back about diet related allergy. It is quite important.

Everything could have been done better. Withholding appointments is unacceptable and has been done many times with myself. Waiting weeks at a time for results is not acceptable and choosing to call when I have clearly stated I was not free is ridiculous.
