This was a telephone appointment with the nurse clinician. Prompt call with a very helpful conversation regarding cholesterol medication. Agreed to increase the dosage and future blood test booked. Very efficient. Received text copy of care plan.

Overall very good considering the pressure surgeries are under. Helpful reception team despite the huge amount of enquiries and difficulties they experience on a day to day basis.

Service was very good . The receptionist, Dr Bisatt , Dr Helen were all very caring and helpful, made me feel at ease.
