It was only a phone appointment to talk about my blood test results. It was over 2 months for the appointment so knew it couldnt have been serious or anything to worry about. I was asked to make the appointment by the surgery, not organised by myself. Because i have mobility problems glad only waited for a phone appointment and not take an appointment in the surgery.

Suggested improvements
For a phone appointment the surgery wanted me have Quite surprised it took over 2 months for the appointment.
