The receptionist was so rude and put the phone down on me. The receptionist was impolite I’ll mannered and had no customer service skills. I am a patient and it could have been an emergency and the useless receptionist put the phone down on me. The only reason my family stay with this surgery is because of doctor shaw who is amazing wonderful and friendly.
