From assessment by trainee GP (with Dr Lovatt in attendance), to referral for emergency ophthalmic appointment- the whole appointment was excellent. After receiving an ophthalmic assessment with change of iritis, and a multi-item px- the surgery dispenser went above and beyond her duty and then contacted a chemist to check px stock to commence my treatment. The following morning she telephoned me to confirm arrival of the remaining px items for collection. Excellent experience.
