I recently left this practice as it was impossible to get an appointment, especially when you work, recently they were only dealing with emergency cases as there was not enough staff. Unsafe telephone system, prescribing, without seeing you.

Thank you for your feedback I am sorry you have felt it necessary to leave the practice without further discussion with me. On occasion the doctors are poorly, they are after all human too therefore our contingency plan would be to run an urgent only clinic. We are very flexible when it comes to patents that work and try our best to accomodate patients at a particular time however this does need to be requested at the point of making the appointment and the staff will put a comment on the slot asking the GP to try to call at that particular time.
