I am very impressed with this practice. The new rapid access appointment system allows patients to receive a telephone call from the doctor at a time that suits them to discuss any medical concerns. If they need to be seen the doctor will then arrange a face to face appointment either that day or at a time suitable to the patient. The receptionist explained the system clearly to my Mum who had several concerns following her cancer treatment and the doctor took time on the telephone and was lovely, explaining in detail and offering to see Mum for further reassurance. Mum didn't feel she needed to be seen and felt well supported and confident to call the doctor again if she had any further concerns. We both think this is a wonderful system. Thank you for supporting my Mum so well.
