I have been registered with this surgery for over 20 years and thankfully have only seldom been in the position that I needed care. My wife and child have required frequent visits lately and he doctors and nurses are generally very good.
What lets this surgery down are the receptionists! One lady in particular is definitely in the wrong job.
-They fail to make appointments when they are required to do so
-They are rude on the phone and in person
-It is a nightmare to try and get through on the phone
-When an appointment is made it often needs rescheduled for 3 weeks later! because the receptionist has booked it with the wrong type of doctor (through not fault of my own).
I feel sorry that the good doctors and nurses at St Pauls Medical Centre have their professional reputation brought into doubt because of the actions of the administrative staff.
