The new building is an excellent addition to medical services in Carlisle It will take time for the general patient population to come to terms with the new appointment system. So far I have found the system to work well. I am a member of the PPG and collect views for presentation to PPG meetings. Patients have welcomed the publication of the informative newsletter. The reference to new signage and other improvements in the waiting area have brought positive comments from patients. The clinical appearance of the reception area gives an air of professionalism. the care of doctors, nurses and reception staff had warmth.
