The doctors/nurses and care all good. However, it is too difficult to get an appointment. Also telephone consultations are not always convenient, especially for people who work.

Thank you for your feedback. The telephone call is your appointment and we do not see this as difficult, under the traditional model you could be waiting three weeks for an appointment! If during the call the doctor needs to examine you they will arrange a time and day suitable for both of you. This way when a doctor takes a call that they deem is urgent they are then able to prioritise their clinical time. Appointments are available daily for acute problems that can not wait however you can book three months in advance if you would like a routine appointment. We ALWAYS try to accomodate workers at a time suitable to them therefore next time you make an appointment please inform the staff that you are at work and the time you are available to take a call.
