I work full time 8am - 6pm in an open office and think the new telephone system is great. I didn't to begin with as I did not realise the system was so flexible. But now I know I can tell the receptionist what time I can take a call and explain I am at work therefore it needs to be as close to that time as possible and they tell me that they are able to put a comment next to the slot which informs the doctor of my request. Every time the doctor has called me back within the time requested. The doctors always ask if I am ok with the outcome of the telephone consultation and if they need to examine me they always suggest a face to face appointment. I can book appointments in advance too therefore this is a great bonus when you work. The only criticism I have is that the appointments are no longer available to book online anymore. This practice is very busy and certainly improving all the time - keep up the good work.

Thank you for your positive feedback it is much appreciated. The team are working very hard to improve access and services for patients we have undergone a huge amount of change in a very short time and will continue to grow and develop services further. The telephone consultation system has helped us to have earlier contacts with patients increasing our availability by 30%. We do hope to start the online booking again soon and will pilot it with one doctor in the first instance. Kind regards, Anna
