Appointment system is very bad, the idea is good, reality isn't. GP tells to make an appointment for a week but you can't get one for a month.

Very helpful staff and everything OK.
Think when calling to make appointments and patients should not have to give reasons for appointments think and feel this is private and confidential to patient and GP.

More suitable appointments including Saturdays and evenings. Should not take so long to get appointments. Continuity of care is poor can never see same doc unless you wait 2-3 weeks!!
