Since the take over the surgery has improved so much making an appointment does not cause additional stress like it did with the HUB and even though you may be put on a triage list at least its a Dr that calls you back not a pretend one that shares their problems if they have had similar problems

There only seems to be one receptionist in that surgery who has any manners and is willing to help above and beyond. The rest seem like robots just there sitting at the desk typing not having a clue how to deal with questions which the patients may ask them. And as for the appointment system if that’s what they call it. If your a few minutes late you cannot be seen, yet on the other side be on time and then sit there which could be 10 - 25 minutes before you go in but that doe not matter. All you get sorry l am running late it is totally disgusting how the surgery is run.it needs to be knocked down or closed with decent DOCTORS and NURSES and definitely RECEPTIONIST WHO KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING. ITS A COMPLETE AND UTTER SHAMBLES TO OUR NHS SYSTEM. Which people have and still do pay good money for and are not getting. If l was reading this now l would be ashamed to be part of that system to which l work for or at. Meaning the above place.
