I am always satisfied with the care I receive from the GPS at the surgery. It is very difficult to get a regular appointment at relatively short notice (that week), but the drop in appointments on Friday afternoon as very useful and effective. My driver for writing the review is that for the 2nd time this year I have founf the reception staff on the phone to be very short, impatient and rude. I was calling on this occasion to understand how I could get a repeat prescription, which appeared to frustrate the reception who became extremely rude in my opinion (clearly everyone should know this process and I was wasting her time). A degree of customer service would be helpful especially as they will be dealing with people who may be in sensitive situations

Thank you for your feedback- we are spending time as a team trying to reduce the pressure on our reception team which we hope will improve our patient experience at the practice.
