No advance bookings, and apparently within 5 mins of the phone lines opening every 10 min slot is taken for the day. This has forced us to use NHS A+E for minor things as there is no access to our GP for days...

Thank you for your feedback- a certain number of appointments are available in advance- please do ask reception for the 'next available routine appointment', Please feel free to ask for a telephone appointment with a GP if you are unsure about the most appropriate place to attend if we cannot offer a suitable time to you. We offer on the day sit and wait clinics twice a day once our bookable appointments are full in an attempt to prevent patients attending A+E and being seen by a team who know them.
