I have just been on hold on the phone for 34 minutes - at the beginning of the call it said I was third in the queue and I therefore waited, what a waste of time. The reason I was calling was to understand action that needed to be taken following test results. Despite 4 phone calls I have not spoken to a doctor and don't know what I need to do. The test results were the second time I had been tested as the first sample was lost. I have tried speaking with the Practice Manager but that phone rings out and is never answered.
