I suffer from a life long condition, and the doctors at capelfield seem to think that I do not need to take the medication that keeps me alive, every month they mess me around, and then say I can't get an appointment for over a month to get to discuss my issues with a doctor, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE PLACE.

Apologies for not replying sooner. We are sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience at the practice. We would be keen to explore your concerns further to try and understand how we can improve the patient experience at Capelfield- please do contact our practice manager; Leana Burrage via reception. In order to try and ensure a positive patient experiende and high standard medical care we offer same day appointments for clinically urgent cases as well as on the day telephone consultations with the doctors.
