The doctors are brilliant. Appointments are really difficult to get, even when you try calling at 8. The receptionists can be unhelpful, one in particular. I don't think they have much understanding of potential mental health issues when you phone up. Lots of probing and questioning into why you 'need' an emergency appointment when you don't want to go into detail. Trust that a patient knows when they need to see a doctor and please don't assume they don't!

Further information can be found: http://www.capelfieldsurgery.co.uk/ You are also able to book telephone consultations with GPs on the day before 1530 or request a scheduled call on a more convenient day to you.
