I have been with Capelfield for nearly 30 years. Always good and gets better. But some people obviously have problems - see comments by others. We need to find ways of helping such people identify the reasons for their problems and get them put right

Thank you for your feedback. We regularly review feedback and are keen to improve the patient experience at the practice. We are keen to receive constructive feedback- we welcome this via our practice manager Leana Burrage (who can be contacted via reception). We appreciate that the system can on occasion be frustrating, however we aim to see all clinically urgent cases on the same day and offer a variety of ways to contact the team.
