What could be improved. Receptionist training to smile and at least try to simply interact with clients/patients. On each visit I have found receptionist are on several occasionally. (Over last few years) Verging and extremely roude. They talso look up when someone stands waiting at front desk.

The receptionists are very friendly, helpful and very professional, and they were always have a smile on their faces. My doctor is excellent, caring and in my opinion a doctor in a million. Easy to speak to, and goes the extra mile. I do not think there are any improvements needed at this surgery.
