Triaged for serious condition, previous very serious medical history.
Coughing Green huge lumps and blood.
3 days they forgot to call me back.
I chased twice a day.
Ended up in hospital
They state...
No doctors.
Only nurses
No appointments
2 hour wait on phone is normal.
All online Dr iq medical app services don't work.
Everything everywhere from 9am to 6 pm that you try to do on phone or online "we've exceeded maximum capacity" not good enough.
Private American company bought several surgeries. UK NHS surgeries! And this is what's happened not just locally but throughout UK.
It is disgusting.
Suggested improvements
More staff.
This is nhs not private. Stop selling surgeries as this is what happens
