The reception staff were all polite,helpful and efficient.I appreciate the doctors are busy, but I have always been able to get an appointment in a timely fashion. I like the fact I can get “an early bird” appointment on a Friday which means I don’t have to miss work for a routine appointment. I believe I could also access a late night appointment too, but yet have not needed too.
In my consultation the Gp asked if I was happy to receive my results about this particular consultation by a telephone consultation, which again was useful for me.
I can not fault the service that I have received since I have been registered here and would certainly recommend the surgery to others.
