I would like to thank Dr Phillips and the practice nurse for once again putting my mind to rest.
The last few years have not been easy for me, but with the help and support of the Doctors, nurses and staff I have managed to work through my health issues with them and I thank- you all for your continued help and support.
PS: Don't take this the wrong way but I do hope I don't need your help again for some considerable time!! (If and when I do, I know where to find you and that you will be there again for me)
