I filled in an eConsult and had a response within 24 hours. The surgery were very helpful and told me that I needed to be seen face to face and which GP would be better to consult because of his specialism. Despite staff absence, the practice did everything possible for me to be seen by the dermatology specialist at a time that was convenient to me. On arrival at the surgery the usual Covid checks were completed by the Receptionist. The doctor was running early, so I am glad that I got therein good time for my appointment. I was greeted like an old friend, my condition diagnosed and a suitable treatment found, advice was given and pleasantries exchanged all before the time of my appointment. This practice is small, but the staff are all friendly, professional and very helpful. I feelblucky that I am registered with the best practice in Gosport.

It would be helpful if the eConsult was available to fill in outside of surgery hours. I know that it would not be looked at any sooner, but it would allow me to concentrate on filling it in without any outside distractions.
