It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the reception and even more IMPOSSIBLE to book an appointment. Reception is always with the same answer that nothing can be done about anything. Going to A&E is the only option left with, and I feel it is totally unnecessary. The call handling queue is horrible, just wait on queue for hours and the call gets disconnected. Such a terrible experience every time, you need a doctor's help.
