I have been trying to contact the surgery and have found that beyond taking the time off to attend face to face there is effectively no way to do so - the one phone number ends after an automated message and there is no email address or other format to either contact the surgery or book an appointment.
To ask about involvement in clinical decisions is at the point of farce since as yet it seems nigh on impossible to get to a point where I am able to book said appointment, let alone have a discussion with a clinician about my health issue.
Suggested improvements
Online records that contain clinical information.
Ability to book appointments online.
Ability to contact surgery over the phone rather than be told no appointments and then for the call to end.
