I was in A & E on Monday 14th April and the wonderful staff said i have an Abnormal Heartbeat and need to follow up with my GP , and there lies the issue i have tried to get through to book an appointment to no avail. I spent over an hour on hold on Thursday and when i got to front of queue she could not hear me and hung up on me. I went into the surgery one evening and was told to go away and book an appointment on Phone or patient access. it is so stressful trying to get an appointment i appreciate the difficult times but i really feel like giving up altogether.

Suggested improvements
When you received the letter from the doctor in A & E surely someone could have at least rang me.
