The Surgery & Doctors/Nurses are very good, but the telephone system needs to be dealt with urgently. My experience of trying to get an appointment via telephone has been atrocious - It usually takes a minimum of 25 minutes to get through to the surgery & when you do, all the appointments are gone. The reception staff are mostly polite, but cannot offer an appointment for the next day thus saving me having to go through the same experience the next day.
