The staff is rude, not helpful at all.
Getting an appointment is IMPOSSIBLE.
Suggested improvements
The receptionists need to be a bit more patient and stop being grumpy and rude all the time.
They need to be do something about getting an appointment,
May be not register unlimited people and then say no appointment.
