The online access is great to order repeat prescriptions. However the availability of appointments are poor and you cant get to see the same doctor so no continuity of care.
Maybe have appointments available daily for patients to ring on day instead of just the triage appointments.
Also the triage system could be improved as they dont always call you back which means numerous calls to the surgery
