During Covid the AskMyGP electronic system was introduced, which was Brynteg's downfall.
This has made it even more difficult nigh impossible to get an appointment, it's also given the medically untrained receptionist that reads the AskMyGP messages a god complex.
She is medically untrained, yet she decides which patients get to see a doctor the same day, and which ones go on the list to wait for up to 4 weeks.
If you're on the latter 4-week list, you'd better not dare re-submit your request!
Brynteg has recently put a notice on their website asking patients to sign a petition asking for the Welsh Government for more money, and threatening that the surgery may even close!
This used to be a great surgery, but now the receptionists are rude, you can't get to see a GP, what's the point?

Replace the rude receptionists
Get more doctors
