Receptionists are extremely unhelpful, rude and quite frankly incompetent at their jobs. Each receptionist gives differing information and they seem to keep no record of requests and/or calls made. Simple tasks that are requested seem to be too painfully difficult to be carried out, even something as simple as giving a call back, which I feel as though this is something generally in a receptionists job title? The GPs I have dealt with have been fine, but they seem impossible to get a hold of. At a stage where I would rather suffer through any ailments, illnesses or pain than have to deal with this surgery. 0 faith in their capabilities as a health service.

Suggested improvements
Get new reception staff, the current employees clearly hate their job and therefore this reflects in the care and compassion shown to patients.
