Phoned through with a query as to if an appointment was necessary - was told the doctor would ring me at 10.30 to discuss - rang on the dot and made an appointment directly over the phone. Appointment was very soon, doctor had read through the notes before I went in and I feel listens and advises well.

When I had a life threatening mouth condition the doctor was uninterested and did not prescribe anything, which resulted in me spending a week in hospital. All the nurses and midwives are lovely and build the practice up.
