Doctors and nurses approachable, friendly and kind. Always listen and give you all the time you need, you never feel hurried, appointments usually keep to time but if you have to wait you know it is because another patient needs more time. If you request an appointment with a particular doctor this is always facilitated. Cannot speak highly enough of receptionists at Brockham- they are kind and helpful what a pity they receive such bad press it is unwarranted and undeserved. Thank you so much for everything you do.
