Improvement - do not change.
In an emergency I saw Dr Sindall - not one I had consulted before, very very good - brilliant.
Very clear, helpful explanation of what had happened to my hearing episode - very reassuring given the severe scare I had suffered. Although good one/clear explanation was discussed with humour at both sides that helped me into the discussion - gave me confidence not to worry and great confidence in Dr Sindall with any future consultation.
