Having now moved to a different GP, I’m able to really compare the care and interactions I have received and Broadway Medical Practice is absolutely appalling. The receptionists are vile, extremely rude, snippy, talk over you, miserable and most important, unsafe. Being pleasant and smiling costs nothing. The doctors mostly fob you off, use Wikipedia and countless times I’ve been told, “keep an eye on it and if it gets worse come back”....I’m worried now, that’s why I’m here!!
Useless surgery, poor communication, dreary and thank god I moved practices!!!!

I saw Dr Andrew Michael Steel a few weeks ago at this surgery about a problem i had .
I found he was very dismissive of my problem and did not explore it properly leaving me at a loss of what to do next .

Dr Mekkawy from this surgery called the police to me because i went to make a complaint.
I do not think GP's should be able to use the police to deal with patients complaints

A member of my family was treated disgracefully by GP's at this practice and i would not recommend it at all,in fact steer well clear

I made a complaint about the doctors here to the practice manageress about something i was unhappy about.
I was treated very disrespectfully and unprofessionally by the doctors here .
I found the doctors and staff here very underhand and dishonest in the way i was treated .
I found one of the doctors here the most rude,unprofessional dishonest liars i have ever had the misfortune to meet .
He lied and was very dishonest about events here to have me removed from this practice.
He then continued to pass on negative/ vindictive information about me to my next GP's
