It is always an issue trying to get appointments at this surgery. The appointments are always running late.
The receptionists are very matter of fact- no empathy or regard to a customers/patient situation.
The surgery does not cater for people working unsocial hours and shift workers OR try to help in trying to get a suitable appointment
There seems to a class bias in this surgery as it is in an affluent area and the GP's push people to buy over the counter treatment.
