The e-system to register attendance is good as it saves receptionist time, and I appreciate being met in reception by the person I was booked in to see.
All of the staff are approachable and respectful. Everyone conducts themselves very professionally. I appreciate the time taken to understand what my needs are and then for sorting it out there and then.
Though my appointment was to discuss a minor ailment I wasn't made to feel like I was wasting valuable consultation time. This made me feel easier about having made the appointment in the first place.
- No improvement suggestions. My experience was excellent.
