The care I have received from the medical staff has been very good, however, the administration/reception side of the surgery is greatly lacking. There appears to be no system for storing prescriptions which has meant several visits to get the correct prescription. Information relayed over the telephone doesn't always get recorded or acted upon. There doesn't appear to be any system in place for communication between the medical staff and reception staff so much so that a critical piece of documentation took an excessive amount of time to find, claims were made that it wasn't ready, but it was the lack of a filing system that meant it couldn't be found. I am very happy with the care so far at the surgery but I am seriously considering moving due to the difficulties associated with dealing with the administration aspects.
