Excellent service from the Practice Nurse and the Doctors. Difficult to make appointments via telephone, either they do not answer, put the phone down or state the "computer is down" ...better to use the online booking several. The reception staff can be unhelpful it's like walking into a poor Hotel where the reception don't give a damn and have a barely suppressed contempt for the customer. on a number of occasions I have gone to collect a prescription a day or so past the due to be ready date and it has not been available for collection,..no apologies no explanation. When I ask when one will be ready to collect they say next Wednesday then I say roughly what time please they look at you as if you are being difficult ?! Its like Dealing with the NHS in 1974. Of course they must have to deal with difficult people but a little polite consideration and honest explanations would really help. Not good enough.
