Since being diagnosed with now Hodgkin's lymphoma in February 2016, I have been constantly reassured by Dr Alison French. Before this, since Sept 2015, Dr French has cared for me through several serious chest infections and courses of antibiotics. The treatment I receive from Bramptom and Carsy Hill has been second to none. Most specially i'll never know how Dr French remembers what's going on with me, each time. I see her for a catching 100% reassured.

The older receptionist at wetheral has on a number of occasions been rude to me. Often saying that i haven't ordered my prescription 3 working days in advance when i always do is there an err or in the system. However this does excuse her rudeness and superiors manner, it seems that she avoids serving the patients, leaving the other staff w ho are very courteous to do the work. This has happened to other members of my family. I often feel humiliated when having to deal with her.
