Helpful, friendly reception staff. If I came on a bicycle they find a safe place for me to look it. GP is great (Dr Brodie) and always involves me in decisions.

Some doctors are good, moody women in reception really let the whole surgery down. Teach them how to not be rude in job interview. :-)

Since being diagnosed with now Hodgkin's lymphoma in February 2016, I have been constantly reassured by Dr Alison French. Before this, since Sept 2015, Dr French has cared for me through several serious chest infections and courses of antibiotics. The treatment I receive from Bramptom and Carsy Hill has been second to none. Most specially i'll never know how Dr French remembers what's going on with me, each time. I see her for a catching 100% reassured.
