It is an outstanding practice and should be used to help other surgeries see how it should be done. My friends and relatives really struggle in other areas and indeed other surgeries locally to get the help they need. It can be done, lovely receptionists, helpful medical staff and appointments available often within hours of contact. It doesn’t matter if it’s a little one with the sniffles, jabs for holidays, mental health, menopause questions or longer term health issues. It’s dealt with in a professional, compassionate, caring and friendly way - always. Well done Galletly.

The appointment went very well. The staff were kind and helpful throughout. Didn't take too long to make the appointment. Neither was the wait to get from the waiting room to the appointment.
