I saw one of the junior doctors today and he was very thorough, asked me lots of questions. Listened to me and was empathetic to my symptoms. Once the other doctor came in she had a full understanding of what was going on. Then was able to suggest my next steps.

The whole process was very satisfactory. The environment is very neat and clean. Secondly the receptionist to the doctors durong the surgery were very helpfuland nice. During my surgery they made it comfortable and felt that im being properly cared, treated and looked after. Finally Mr Satheesan and team were a breathe of fresh air. I finished my surgery with joy. I was seen by doctor Mitchel about my problem she told me then if I was still having problems to contact her again, which I did on Tuesday. After speaking to her on the telephone she made me an appointment to see Lisa Anderson same morning and she sorted me out straight away. I can't thank both doctor Mitchel and Lisa enough for their kindness and help.
