Galletly is a lovely, caring practice. I have ongoing autoimmune problems and I use the service a lot. I love the telephone appointments because they save time and mean that I don't have to go into the surgery, which potentially has other people's germs in it. Very important for my immune system. I have felt completely involved in my treatment and medication, and there has been lots of changes to both over the years. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. Susan

All of the team are kind, friendly and helpful. I love the new system to book a Doctors call online. The Dr can then speak to you and decide whether they need to see you or not. It has worked perfectly for us. The text message service is also very good as is being able to Oder prescriptions online. I can't think of anything I would like to change at the moment.

I was unable to attend for the flu jab as I was on holiday. However I was able to get an appointment with the nurse on the same day I telephoned. Always great care is taken with me and I can always see a doctor if necessary. Last year I broke my shoulder and was able to see an emergency doctor almost immediately.

Since the new booking system has been introduced I feel the whole "going to the doctors" experience has enhanced and you are guaranteed to speak to a doctor within a short period of time, then you are given the appropriate advice, either seeing a doctor or nurse on the SAME DAY! All doctors should be the same!
