Always receive good care and always seen the same day as you call for Appointment. Not too sure on the system having to ring explain to receptionists your problem I think that is best explained to the Doctor as a matter of privacy. . Some receptionists can be unhelpful at times. I cannot fault the Doctors and Nurses I have always received A* care from them they give excellent service under the pressures they work in.

This is a wonderful GPs. You can always get a telephone appointment with a doctor within a couple of hours - half the time you therefore don't even have to sit go to the surgery. Check in on arrival is automated, ordering repeat perscriptions and getting test results can be done on the internet. There is an in-house pharmacy. Generally it's clean, efficient and everyone is friendly. I have ongoing autoimmune issues and I have experience of many GPs and this one is by far the best I've experienced. Thanks!
