Recent on line repeat prescription was accepted on 20th October but was never processed to pharmacy of my choice. I phoned surgery today and receptionist confirmed prescription not sent.I am to pick it up on 30th October. As a new patient I found this error disconcerting to say the least and as a diabetic on Insulin I would be alarmed if a prescription for same was delayed in this way. I hope that this experience is a one off and will not be repeated. Other wise I have received good service from receptionist and Drs so far seen. A.R.Rosser db 27 10 1929
