I visited my GP in the middle of April; she asked to see me again in 3 weeks for a follow up but on calling the surgery a few days later to arrange this, they told me I could not see her. I was only allowed to make a telephone appointment and if she felt it necessary then she could make a physical appointment. I did not feel this was appropriate and never saw her again. Now, almost 3 months later I find myself still suffering but struggling to get through to the surgery to try again to make an apointment. I don't even know if I will be allowed to see a doctor. All this stress is adding to my condition. I do not understand why I wasn't allowed to see my doctor when she was the one requestiong it.
